At Earthly, every product is made with care and passion, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our return policy is designed to be simple and fair, ensuring you shop with complete peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- You have received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- It must be in the same condition as received.
- .Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, bedding items are non-refundable. If a product is opened or used by a customer and returned to us, it cannot be resold and must be discarded. Therefore, we do not offer monetary refunds instead a gift card is issued
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at earthlycozy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Share your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If returning for other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
