We believe machines may speed up the process—but they can’t match the warmth of human touch. That’s why our timelines may be a little longer, but what you receive is truly worth the wait: a premium, thoughtfully made product designed to comfort you for years.

Our product images are taken under professional lighting to showcase every detail and texture. The appearance may slightly vary due to your room lighting, wall colors, and screen display settings. Additionally, comforters are vacuum-packed for delivery, so they might take a few hours to regain their original fluffiness after unpacking.

Not at all! We vacuum-seal our comforters for hygienic and efficient packaging. After opening, gently shake it out and leave it in a well-ventilated space for a few hours. It will gradually regain its full loft and plush texture.

Some of our comforters are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, GSM levels vary, and some higher GSM comforters may require delicate care. Always check the wash care label on your product for specific instructions.

GSM stands for grams per square meter, and it indicates the thickness and warmth of the comforter:

• 100–200 GSM – Light and breathable, ideal for summer.
• 200–300 GSM – Medium warmth, suitable for air-conditioned rooms or mild winters.
• 300–500 GSM – Heavy and cozy, perfect for colder climates and winter seasons.

Yes! We offer a range of GSM options to suit every season and need. Choose a lighter GSM for summer or AC use, and a higher GSM for winter warmth. You can also layer comforters for adjustable comfort.
